Elaine Hugar is the President of DPG Management.  DPG delivers Human Resources services to Drive Profitable Growth.  The firm was founded to bring bottom-line results through custom-tailored Human Resources solutions.  Prior to DPG Management, Elaine held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for a national telecommunications company.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.  Elaine is also SPHR certified.

For most of her career, Elisa K. Spain has been creating and transforming businesses. First as a general manager and today as a business coach, a business advisor and a facilitator.
Elisa works with owners of entrepreneurially driven companies to establish professional management practices to support their growth.

In affiliation with Vistage International, the world’s leading chief executive organization,  Elisa chairs five peer group advisory boards, providing professional development and business coaching to business owners, presidents and key executives.

Elisa holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Kellogg GSM at Northwestern University, a BS from Florida International University, and CFA Level I.
